Andrew Pulrang is a freelance writer with lifelong disabilities and 22 years experience as a service provider and executive in nonprofit disability services and advocacy. He writes about disability practices, policy, politics and culture. He also co-coordinates #CripTheVote, a Twitter-based discussion of disability issues and electoral politics. He has a B.A. in history from Dartmouth College, and an M.A. in Rhetoric and Communication Studies from the University of Virginia.
